Diagnosing Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) in children is difficult and often relies on subjective interviews. Virtual Reality (VR) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology could help to provide more accurate diagnoses. The process of diagnosis involves observation, interviews with the child and carers, and in some cases, brain-related psychiatric testing. Brain-imaging studies suggest a correlation between ADHD and tissue abnormalities, but biological marker testing is not yet sensitive enough to help.
