Tata Realty & Infrastructure Limited (TRIL) launched a visually appealing campaign- #UnBurden to promote gender equity and reshape perceptions about women participation in the workforce. The campaign uses humour, technology, and facts to drive the message of embracing equity through Augmented Reality (AR) and inspirational illustrations. The #Unburden Experience is curated with a series of illustrations around the topics of gender bias, gender stereotypes, and gender pay gap. The initiative will be rolled out across key industry partners and stakeholders with a scroll of the comic strip being shared with them.
