Salesforce made a big announcement at Trailblazers DX 23 about their new Einstein GPT. Sarah Franklin, President and CMO of Salesforce, emphasized the need to be patient and responsible when building the future with AI. She also noted that computers were thought to replace humans when they first came out, but that didn’t happen. There is a lot of debate about how soon the pilots will translate into real-world applications.
