Niqo Robotics, an agriculture robotics start-up, has raised $13 million in Series B funding to expand to new markets and accelerate the commercial adoption of their AI-powered spot spraying technology. The technology uses computer vision, deep learning, and AI to selectively spray agrochemicals on target plants, reducing chemical usage by up to 90%. The start-up has already demonstrated real-time chemical savings of up to 60% and has benefited over 1,800 farmers.
