The Fourth Industrial Revolution is characterized by the convergence of cyber-physical systems, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and big data, transforming how people work, live, and interact. However, Zimbabwe is lagging behind in terms of automation and access to information, with 75% of government websites being down or undergoing maintenance. This is a hindrance to the right to access information held by the state, as stated in the national constitution.
