Projects include robotic surveillance platforms, autonomous combat vehicles, and a tri-services AI cloud initiative. The Army is also exploring applications of AI such as natural language processing and facial recognition. General Pande highlighted the development of an AI roadmap and the use of 5G communications to improve training and operational effectiveness.
