AI has been gaining attention due to its potential to cause widespread disruption in the workforce, with up to 300 million full-time jobs across the globe estimated to be automated in some way by the newest wave of AI. While white-collar workers are likely to be more affected than manual laborers, AI is not always better, faster or cheaper and can make mistakes and produce false information. Some experts suggest a future in which AI can assist humans rather than replace them entirely, while in other industries, AI may have little to no impact at all.
