Mackay Goodwin, a restructuring advisory firm, has partnered with Sydney-based computer consultancy The Missing Link to incorporate AI and RPA into their day-to-day operations. The Missing Link developed two AI bots, Eric and Chloe, which have significantly improved Mackay Goodwin’s administration tasks such as BAS, timesheets, invoicing and scanning bank statements.
