Microsoft has unveiled Dynamics 365 Copilot, a new AI copilot natively built-in to both CRM and ERP applications. The system brings the power of next-generation AI capabilities and natural language processing to Dynamics 365, helping business professionals to create ideas and content faster, complete time-consuming tasks, and get insights and next best actions. Additionally, marketers can use natural language to ask questions to explore, analyze and understand customer segment sizes and preferences, and use ChatGPT to generate emails personalized with information from CRM files.
