Deep learning pioneer Yoshua Bengio is looking forward to the development of neural nets that can reason and is particularly excited by the potential of GFlowNets, an approach to training deep nets that his group started about a year ago. GFlowNets are inspired by the way humans reason through a sequence of steps, adding a new piece of relevant information at each step.
