A recent article looks at the latest open source A.I. image and video editing neural network models, the Universal Speech Model (USM) for 100+ languages, the Stable Diffusion Toolkit, and a company called Synthesia which has a talking head white guy and Asian lady that can be made to read just about whatever you want. It has been seen in use by not only the CCP but also several other countries for rapid production and mass dissemination of disinformation.
