HFCL has announced the deployment of an Industry 4.0 Private 5G solution at its Optical Fibre manufacturing plant in Hyderabad, India. The solution is designed to improve operational efficiency and agility and is enabled by new-age technologies such as IoT, Cloud, Edge Computing, AI and Analytics. The solution is expected to benefit various industry verticals such as manufacturing, retail & warehouse, mining, education, defence, railways, and smart cities.
