In a recent Adgully interview, Nikhil Dey, Executive Director of Adfactors PR, expressed that Deep Tech and Deep Relationships will define the PR field in 2023. This is due to the digital transition of the industry, as well as the pandemic, which has accelerated the use of new age tech tools and platforms such as AI/ AR/ ML and the Metaverse in the PR and corporate communications domain. The McKinsey report has also revealed that most companies will need to build new digital businesses to keep up with the consumers’ digital adaptation.
