SK Telecom (SKT) has announced its ambitious plans to achieve ‘AI to Everywhere’ at a press conference in Barcelona, Spain. The plan includes five different areas: Customer & Technology, Time & Space, AI Transformation (AIX) for Industries, Core Business Model, and ESG. SKT’s AI service ‘A.’ has already secured 1 million subscribers in Korea within 9 months of its launch and is now looking to expand into the global market. SKT is also developing features for A. that will enable users to engage in highly intellectual dialogues and emotional conversations.
