Zortify, a Luxembourg-based HR technology company, and the Interdisciplinary Centre for Security, Reliability and Trust (SnT) of the University of Luxembourg have announced a new partnership to pioneer the ethical use of AI and trust in a European HR context. The project will focus on three key pillars: machine learning, explainability, and interaction design. Through this collaboration, the team will train new language models built on ethically sourced datasets to better understand European languages, make algorithms more transparent, and develop interactive front-end experiences for non-expert users.
