Elgen is an AI platform company that specializes in integrating and operating technologies ranging from voice recognition to big data analysis. The company was selected as a ‘Hi Seoul Company’ by the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the Seoul Business Agency and has since expanded to smart kiosks and AI contact centers (AICC). AICC is a system that optimizes the entire work of the customer center (call center) with technologies such as voice recognition, voice synthesis, and text analysis. CEO Kim Nam-hyun, a former Marine Corps information and communications officer, foresaw the coming of an AI era and started Elgen in 2014.
