This study developed a multi-risk prediction framework using Cardiorespiratory Fitness Data to predict the risk of mortality, hypertension, and diabetes. The Auto-Weka framework was used to choose the best-performing model and explain the predicted outcomes using SHAP TreeExplainer. The FIT Project collected data from over 69,000 patients and received approval from the Henry Ford Health System institutional review board.
