Sateliot, a satellite IoT provider, has launched four new nanosatellites on a SpaceX mission, bringing them closer to their goal of providing a commercial IoT service. The company has already secured contracts to connect eight million devices and plans to raise €30 million in series B funding. They are building an NB-IoT satellite constellation based on 5G NR cellular standard and have a deal with AWS for a virtualized cloud-native 5G core. Telefonica and t42 are among their notable partners.
