Qualcomm has announced a new Wi-Fi system and AI-ready IoT platform targeted at enabling on-device AI, high-performance, low-power processing, and connectivity for the latest IoT products and applications. The new system offers a high-performance alternative to Bluetooth IoT applications and supports TCP/IP networking capabilities. The Qualcomm RB3 Gen 2 Platform, utilizing the QCS6490 processor, promises high-performance processing, on-device AI processing, and support for quadruple 8MP+ camera sensors.
