Gautam Hazari, CTO of Sekura.ID and Mobile Identity guru, examines a recently published patent from Apple Inc. titled “Biosignal Sensing Device Using Dynamic Selection of Electrodes.” The patent hints at the next evolution of Apple’s AirPods, which will use electrodes to sense brain signals and profile them using machine learning models to understand our thoughts and emotions. This will enable users to control their AirPods with their thoughts, forming the “Internet of Thoughts” (IoTh).
