INOVAIT and the Government of Canada have announced a $10.7 million investment in seven commercialization-focused R&D projects under the second iteration of the Focus Fund program. These projects aim to integrate machine learning capabilities into image-guided therapy technologies, with the goal of improving healthcare outcomes and efficiency. The selected projects were evaluated based on their potential impact on innovation, healthcare, and economic development, and are expected to attract additional investments and create jobs in the Canadian IGT sector.
