OpenAI’s large language model, ChatGPT, has been released for public use for almost a year, allowing people to experience the power of Artificial Intelligence (AI). Machine Learning, a subset of AI, has been around for a while and is used in many applications, such as customer service chatbots, predictive text, and TV show recommendations. For marketers, machine learning can be used to make sense of customer data and gain insights into buyer behaviour. However, many marketers are not taking full advantage of machine learning algorithms, due to lack of data quality, structure, and understanding.
