Faculty Position In Data Science And Applied Mathematics

The Center for Data Science (CDS) and the Center for Atmosphere Ocean Science (CAOS) at New York University are seeking candidates for a joint faculty position to develop strength at the interface between machine learning and science, leveraging advances in data science. This search is part of a cluster hire in Predicting Climate Change and its Impacts: From the Global to Urban Scale, which includes departments of Mathematics, Computer Science, Civil and Urban Engineering, and the Center for Data Science. The CDS was established in 2013 to advance NYU’s goal of creating a world-leading Data Science training and research facility.
