This survey of 150 SAP users in North America revealed that 90% of them experienced SAP application downtime, with two-thirds of respondents spending up to 25% of their daily time resolving these issues. Integration challenges were identified as the top contributor to unplanned downtime, with data inconsistency representing the most widely experienced challenge. Business user impacts due to SAP downtime were the overriding concern for respondents, with 39% noting a direct impact on customers.
