London-based start-up Lindus Health is running ground-breaking trials to find innovative treatments for conditions such as tinnitus, insomnia and progressive childhood short-sightedness. The company has raised $6 million from investors, and has received an Innovate UK Smart Grant worth almost half a million pounds, to accelerate their use of machine learning and data science to revolutionise clinical trials. Lindus Health’s technology has enabled trials to be completed three times faster than the industry standard, and they are currently partnering with global healthcare companies and start-ups to evaluate treatments for various conditions.
