American Software, Inc. reported preliminary financial results for the fourth quarter and fiscal year 2023. Subscription fees increased 18% to $13.0 million, while total revenues decreased 14% to $29.9 million. Maintenance revenues decreased 7% to $8.2 million, while professional services and other revenues decreased 32% to $8.0 million. Software license revenues were $0.7 million, and operating earnings were $2.3 million. GAAP net earnings were $2.9 million or $0.08 per fully diluted share.
