The AgroBank Tech Digital Innovation: Welcome Startups event highlighted the impact of technology on the agri-food sector. The Tech Trends Observatory conducted an internal study and concluded that the use of biotechnology, blockchain, and artificial intelligence can optimize natural and human resources while promoting environmental sustainability, traceability, and quality control of products. José Ángel González, Agritech General Manager of Innsomnia and collaborator of the report, revealed that the study was based on nearly 10,000 real cases from the agri-food industry.
