The Intelligence Systems Laboratory (ISL) at the College of Engineering of the General Santos City campus of the Mindanao State University (MSU) is a P5-million facility that provides scientific assistance and science-based data analytics for major policy-decisions by local political leaders. The DOST and MSU-GSC inaugurated the ISL on March 1, which is equipped with state-of-the-art gadgets and equipment to support the growth of the region.
