Volkswagen and OpenAI have integrated the chatbot and virtual assistant, ChatGPT, into their vehicles, allowing drivers to use natural language to access a wide range of information and features. This collaboration with Cerence, a leader in AI-powered interaction in transportation, aims to enhance the in-car experience for consumers. Microsoft has also joined in on the collaboration to improve the search tool for drivers.
