Art Weston, director of AI transformation at Fifth Third Bank, has completed a major overhaul of the bank’s chatbot, Jeanie. The chatbot now has a 90% accuracy rate in understanding customer requests, thanks to improved natural language understanding technology. Weston has also applied for patents on technologies that address risks associated with using AI in customer-facing scenarios.
