3CLogic has been selected by a leading IT infrastructure solutions provider to replace their existing cloud contact center solution. This decision was made in order to better complement their use of ServiceNow’s IT Service Management and Customer Service Management products, resulting in cost savings and improved operational insights. The deployment will include out-of-the-box capabilities purpose-built for ServiceNow, such as native CTI and SMS solutions, integrated Conversational AI, and improved call deflection.
