DuckDuckGo, the privacy-centric browser, has launched a new feature called AI Chat, which allows users to access various gen AI chatbots in a secure and private manner. The company plans to add more models to power AI Chat in the future. Users can choose their preferred chat model and all chats are completely anonymous. DuckDuckGo does not save or store any chats, and the underlying model providers have no way of tying chats back to individual users.
