This article explores the integration of GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 Turbo-powered chatbots into higher education to enhance internationalization and digital transformation. The study highlights the chatbot’s development and its potential to improve student engagement, information access, and support. The chatbot’s design includes a robust technological stack and a high-quality dataset for testing. Findings show the chatbot’s efficacy in providing comprehensive responses and its potential to elevate accessibility, efficiency, and satisfaction in higher education.
