The Real Estate Institute of NSW has appointed a ChatGPT-run bot called Alice Ing to ‘analyse huge quantities of data’ during board meetings. The bot, which has an IQ of 155, is trained on REINSW materials and relevant public information and will provide real-time answers to questions that arise during meetings. The bot will also ensure that decisions align with REINSW’s mission and code of ethics, and facilitate communication with legislators.
