OpenAI is experimenting with ways to monetize its ChatGPT software, with the company launching an “experimental” paid version of the chatbot called ChatGPT Professional. This version will offer users faster responses, no throttling, and at least twice the daily number of answers compared to the free version. OpenAI is inviting users to provide feedback on the pilot program, with the request form including questions about how the respondent is using ChatGPT and what price they would consider fair.
