Google is reportedly testing an AI chatbot called ‘Apprentice Bard’ which is built using Google’s LaMDA technology. This chatbot is similar to the GPT-series of AI language models that ChatGPT relies on, but has the advantage of being able to talk about recent events. Google is also testing alternate versions of its home page, with one version replacing the “I’m feeling lucky” button with prompts for potential questions.
