Uber Eats is developing an AI chatbot to help customers quickly choose their next meal. The chatbot will provide customers with recommendations and help them find suitable dishes at restaurants. Uber CEO Dara Khosrowshahi recently revealed that the company has been using machine learning and artificial intelligence for years within its app. Competitors DoorDash and Instacart have also recently introduced AI-powered voice ordering technology and chatbots to streamline the ordering process and assist customers in finding food choices.
