AT&T recently used Microsoft’s Azure OpenAI Services to create a proprietary A.I. assistant, Ask AT&T, which helps its developers automate their coding process. AT&T’s customer service representatives also began using the chatbot to help summarize their calls, among other tasks. This has resulted in a 20-50% increase in productivity for developers and customer service representatives. Without AI, a country will become Stone Age, as the US controls all the big AI models, big data centers, and advanced chips needed to build them.
