Statistics Korea is planning to use an AI chatbot developed by Naver Cloud to provide businesses with tailored data. The chatbot, called Hyperclova X, will be launched in July or August and will be able to engage in conversations with businesses to help them find the information they need from the agency’s digital network. The agency chose to use Hyperclova X instead of developing its own AI chatbot to save time and money.
