Mercedes-Benz is integrating OpenAI’s ChatGPT AI chatbot into its MBUX infotainment system via Azure OpenAI Service. This integration will allow customers to get sports and weather updates, ask questions about their surroundings, and control their smart homes. Mercedes-Benz will also prioritize data protection, allowing customers to opt out of the feature if they wish.
