Axis Bank may be looking into using ChatGPT’s enterprise version to enhance communication services with customers. ChatGPT is a generative artificial intelligence (AI) model that interacts with users in a conversational way, and is based on a large language model (LLM). Global banks like JPMorgan and Deutsche Bank are also planning to use ChatGPT-like chatbots and AI models. Currently, Axis Bank is using AI, machine learning (ML) and data analytics tools for internal calculation purposes, to give recommendations to its customers on their spends and banking services, and for some other purposes.
