ChatGPT, the Artificial Intelligence (AI) chatbot developed by OpenAI and integrated into Microsoft’s Bing search engine, has been receiving reports of bias, inaccuracies and inappropriate behavior. OpenAI and Microsoft are working to reduce these biases and allow users to customize the chatbot’s behavior. Microsoft has known about the issues since conducting a test in India several months ago.
