Keynova Group released the results of its semi-annual Mobile Banker Scorecard, which revealed that U.S. Bank earned top honors for its mobile banking capabilities and customer experience. The Scorecard also showed that the use of innovative mobile banking support options like chatbots and virtual assistants (VAs) is growing, but the capabilities offered are inconsistent. The Scorecard evaluated the mobile banking offerings of 17 leading banks in the U.S.
