General Motors Co. is exploring the use of ChatGPT, a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence models, as part of its collaboration with Microsoft Corp. ChatGPT could be used to access information on how to use vehicle features, program functions, and integrate schedules from a calendar. GM Vice President Scott Miller said that ChatGPT will be in “everything” and that customers can expect their future vehicles to be far more capable and fresh overall when it comes to emerging technologies. Microsoft announced a multi-billion dollar investment in C earlier this year.
