OpenAI’s chatbot, ChatGPT, has gained traction on social media in recent months due to its smart and informed responses to questions. Recently, former Indian foreign secretary and writer Vikas Swarup asked the AI bot to come up with a plan to resolve the ongoing Russia-Ukraine war, and the chatbot drafted an 8-point solution. The 8-point solution proposed by ChatGPT includes decentralising power in the Russian-speaking regions, international monitoring of the ceasefire, and providing economic incentives to the people of the region.
