S2W, a data intelligence company, has provided its generative AI platform to Hyundai Steel for use in its internal knowledge information platform. The platform, called SAIP, utilizes a big data system and an ontology-based structure to provide accurate responses and defend against data breaches. This is the first instance of an AI platform being used in the steel industry, and S2W anticipates its application in other industries as well. The project manager for Hyundai Steel expressed high satisfaction with the platform’s response speed and accuracy, and S2W’s CTO commented on the company’s expertise in processing complex unstructured data.
