Dzs Inc. (dzsi) To Acquire Subscriber Access Technology Leader Netcomm

DZS, a global leader in broadband networking and cloud solutions, has announced a binding agreement to acquire NetComm Wireless Pty Ltd. The acquisition will combine DZS’ broadband networking and cloud software solutions with NetComm’s Fiber Extension, FWA, Home Broadband, and Industrial IoT products and patents, creating one of the most comprehensive last mile broadband access portfolios in the world. The transaction is expected to close in the second quarter of 2024 and will bring on board NetComm’s approximately 50 active CSP and enterprise customers, as well as the majority of its employees.
