Denver-based Tract Breaks Ground On Massive ‘hyperscale’ Data Center Near Reno

Tract, a data center land acquisition and development company, is building a hyperscale data center called the Peru Shelf Technology Park in the Tahoe Reno Industrial Center. The project will include access roads, infrastructure, and 2 gigawatts of power from NV Energy. This is the first project for Tract in the Reno area and is expected to support the rapid deployment of cloud and AI data centers.
