The OASIS Clinical Registry is a global integrated platform that collects retrospective and prospective longitudinal clinical data related to ocular inflammatory diseases. Its main objectives are to elucidate the spectrum of uveitis diagnosis and management across the world, develop standardized approaches to diagnosis and management, prognosticate visual outcomes and ocular comorbidities, and offer recommendations for treatment protocols. This will be achieved by clinical epidemiologic analysis of the registry cohort and the conduct of machine learning and big data analyses of the data and associated images.
