NoBroker, founded in 2014 by IIT and IIM graduates, has become India’s first prop-tech unicorn. The company has raised $210 million in funding and has helped its clients save Rs 11,000 crore in brokerage fees on buy/sell/rent transactions. NoBroker offers a range of services to property owners, tenants, and buyers, including NoBroker Pay, NoBroker Hood, NoBroker Home Services, NoBroker Assist, and NoBroker Bazaar. The company has also caught the attention of Google, which has made a strategic investment of $5 million. Co-founder and chief tech and product officer Akhil Gupta is spearheading the partnership with Google to create unique solutions for the real estate industry.
